HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER [Details]
Full-time, salaried position, DOE. 100% employer paid benefits. Position located in Bremerton. Requires BA/BS plus 3.5 years experience in human resources/business or related field; appropriate experience may be substituted for education requirements. Certification in Human Resources Management preferred. Requires strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills. Requires knowledge of state and federal laws, rules and regulations, personnel administration including compensation, training and employee relations, employee rights, equal opportunity practices; employee policies and procedures; and interviewing techniques. Must have good computer skills in MS Office applications and knowledge of HR systems such as ABILA (MIP).

COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKER (CSW) PROGRAM COORDINATOR [Details]
$11.50 Hour to start plus benefits. Requires High School Diploma or GED plus two years experience. This position supervises and trains adult court ordered community service workers in performing various projects throughout the city of Port Orchard. Requires driving CSW workers to work sites and supervising work, as well as tracking and reporting. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and computer skills in MS Office applications. This position requires a high level of integrity and ability to work independently.

Must hold valid WA State Driver’s License and have a good driving record. AMERICORPS MANAGER [Details]
$3550 – $4260 per month DOE, plus 100% employer paid benefits. Position located in Bremerton. Requires BA/BS plus 3.5 years experience managing programs, staff and volunteers. Experience may be substituted for education. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of KCR’s AmeriCorps Program. Implements policies, develops and provides participant training, and manages day-to-day operations of the Program. Must have excellent human relations and organizational skills. Good counseling, partnership building, budgeting, grant writing, training and general writing skills and experience required. Must have good computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
