Please note that when you apply for assistance, you will be referred to an online scheduling system.  You can choose two different types of appointments. 

In House: Mon-Fri
You are scheduled for an in-person appointment. It is very important that you come to this appointment with all documents prepared. 

Mail-In Appointment
This is a MAIL-IN request only and is NOT an in-person appointment. By the date of your scheduled appointment, we must receive all required documents either by mail or dropped off at KCR, 845 8th Street, Bremerton, WA 98337. Please ensure your paperwork is submitted on time to avoid delays in processing.

You will receive further instructions through email once you have scheduled an appointment.
